Suspending a Site
Follow the steps below to permanently delete a Site from your hosting plan using the My Rochen portal.
- Sign in to the My Rochen portal.
- Select Subscriptions from the left-hand navigation.
- Choose the hosting plan that contains the Site you wish to delete.
- Click Suspend next to the Site.
- Verify that you have selected the correct Site, then type delete into the confirmation box.
- Click Confirm Delete to permanently remove the Site.
Warning
Deleting a Site permanently removes its hosting, including all website files, databases, email accounts and associated configuration. This action cannot be undone.
Deleting a Site does not cancel the hosting plan under which it was created or stop its recurring billing. If you no longer require the hosting plan, it must be cancelled separately.
For Rochen One services, billing for the deleted Site stops immediately. Any outstanding usage up to the time of deletion will be included on your next invoice.
Important
Managed Cloud Server (MCS) and eligible reseller plan customers
Sites for these services are deleted through the Web Host Manager (WHM) control panel rather than the My Rochen portal. Sign in to your WHM control panel to delete a hosting account.
